1. Our Foundational Stance on Privacy

Soul Court ("we," "our," or "the Court") is developed as a contemplative, introspective space where seekers confront personal dilemmas, conflicts, grief, and emotional weights. We recognize that the substance of what you bring into the courtroom is intensely personal.

We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization: we collect only what is necessary to authenticate your account, orchestrate your courtroom deliberations, sync authorized memberships, and safeguard the platform.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account Credentials & Identity: When you register as a seeker, we collect your email address and display name via Supabase Authentication. Authentication tokens are securely stored and verified on the server.

B. Dossiers & Inquest Content: When you initiate a courtroom session, you provide a dilemma topic, context narrative, and emotional intention. This content is stored in your personal, row-level-security protected database ledger so you can revisit past verdicts.

C. Commerce & Subscription Tokens: When you subscribe to a chamber tier via Google Play, Google Play transmits an encrypted purchase token, subscription product ID, and order ID to our backend for verification. We never receive, see, or store your credit card or financial banking details; all monetary billing is handled solely by Google LLC.

D. Technical Diagnostics: We may collect non-identifying technical metadata such as operating system version, crash reports, and push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) solely to deliver audio notifications and maintain service stability.

3. How Your Data Is Processed & Artificial Intelligence

During a courtroom session, your submitted intake dossier is processed through encrypted server-side edge functions to generate the judicial dialogue, witness cross-examinations, and the Judge’s final verdict.

Zero Generative Model Training: Your private dilemmas, admissions, and session logs are transmitted to foundation LLM APIs exclusively for real-time inference under enterprise agreements that explicitly prohibit customer data from being used to train or refine public models. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Storage & Infrastructure Security

Transport Layer Security: All client-to-server traffic is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
Database Isolation: Data is hosted in PostgreSQL on Supabase infrastructure with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforcing that only authenticated seekers can view their own cases.
Media Delivery: General audio assets, ambient soundscapes, and artwork are delivered via Cloudflare R2 CDN storage.

5. Seeker Rights & Account Deletion

Regardless of your geographical location, we respect fundamental privacy rights aligned with GDPR and CCPA standards:

Right of Access: You may view all your saved past cases in the Past Cases Gallery.
Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): You can permanently delete your account, authentication record, profile, and all saved session records at any time directly within the app (Profile Registry > Security > Delete Account) or by emailing support@court.offthesoul.info.
Right to Rectification: You may update your profile display name or email address directly within the app settings.

6. Age Requirement

Soul Court is designed for users aged 13 and older (or 16 and older in applicable jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we take immediate steps to permanently delete the account and associated records.
