1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using Soul Court ("the Service"), you enter into a binding agreement with Soul Court. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must refrain from accessing or utilizing the application.

2. Eligibility & Age Invariants

You must be at least 13 years of age to register for an account (or 16 years of age in applicable jurisdictions, such as the European Union). By using Soul Court, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. The Nature of Courtroom Inquests

Soul Court uses generative artificial intelligence, structured narrative lore, and allegorical character personas (such as Truth, Grief, Bitterness, Time, and the Judge) to provide perspectives on user-submitted conflicts.

• Courtroom verdicts and witness statements are metaphorical reflections intended solely for personal contemplation.
• You retain ultimate autonomy, responsibility, and judgment over your life choices, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
• The Court does not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes or emotional resolutions.

4. Memberships & Google Play Billing

Soul Court provides free access to the Outer Court tier and offers paid chamber subscriptions (Soul Seeker, Inner Circle, and Judges Chamber):

• Store Authority: All in-app subscription purchases, renewals, and payment transactions are processed and managed strictly through Google Play Billing.
• Recurring Subscriptions: Paid chamber tiers automatically renew at the frequency and price specified in your Google Play Console region until cancelled by the user.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly in your Google Play account (Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions). Cancellation prevents future billing; your chamber access persists until the expiration of the current paid billing period.
• Session Allowances: Monthly session grants reset cyclically upon successful subscription renewal.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Soul Court—including but not limited to the brand name, seal, logo, visual art, character portraits, 58 entity lore, 6 cosmological tiers, acoustic compositions, and software codebase—are the exclusive property of Soul Court.

You retain full ownership of the personal text and reflections you write into your intake dossiers. You grant Soul Court a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license solely to process and display this text to you within the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Court and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform, including any emotional reactions to courtroom verdicts.
